Sustainable Taitaja

We are building an event for future professionals that is responsible towards both the environment and people. We hope that everyone attending the competition will consider the environmental impact of their own actions as well as other visitors and competitors. We aim to reduce the environmental impact of the event and promote equality.

Sorting

There are sorting facilities for all types of waste across the area. Please sort your waste into the correct bins. Our staff will guide you with sorting if needed.

Reducing waste

We aim to reduce food waste through careful planning. Please support this by taking only a suitable amount of food and sorting food waste into bio-waste.

Dining utensils are recyclable and biodegradable. Please sort them into the correct bins.

Arriving at the event

We recommend carpooling, shared transport, and public transport for travelling.
