General Information About the Event
- Taitaja2026 is an age-unrestricted, free, and open event for everyone
- The event is drug- and smoke-free. No alcohol is served on the premises
- The responsible event organizer is the Keuda Education Consortium
- Security is monitored by security personnel during the event
- Traffic control is in place at the venue
- Security personnel may remove individuals who are intoxicated or otherwise disruptive from the event.
- Movement within the Taitaja2026 Village event areas is permitted only on foot
- Advertising or distributing materials at the event is prohibited, except for the event organizers and official partners
How to Act at the Taitaja Event – Permitted and Prohibited Items
- Pets are welcome in the outdoor areas of the event. Pets must be kept on a leash.
- Photography is allowed at the event. However, please do not disturb competitors or their performances. The audience must not obstruct movement, and tripods or other equipment may not be set up at the event.
- Flying drones at the event is prohibited.
- Please park only in designated parking areas. Leave motorized vehicles and bicycles in their designated parking zones.
- Scooters, skateboards, and other small vehicles must be left at the cloakroom for the duration of the visit.
- Prohibited at the event: weapons, objects suitable for harming others, explosives, and drugs.
First Aid
- First aid teams will be present at the event.
- Event staff will assist and guide to first aid stations if needed.
- In case of an emergency, always call 112. Provide the address as Kuntoilijantie 2, Tuusula Sports Centre, and specify which hall you are near. Always inform event staff afterward.

The Taitaja2026 event aims to provide an equitable and respectful environment for all participants. Therefore, we have implemented the following safer event principles. All competitors, event staff, coaches, workers, and visitors must adhere to these principles.
- Everyone has the right to participate in the event peacefully and feel safe. Everyone is entitled to personal and physical integrity.
- No form of bullying, racism, or discrimination is acceptable at Taitaja. We value human diversity, including diversity in sexual orientation, bodies, gender, ethnicity, and functional abilities.
- We strive not to make assumptions about each other’s identity or background. Everyone has the right to self-identify.
- We ensure work peace, especially for Taitaja competitors and event staff. We do not advise or disturb competitors from outside the competition area.
- We speak respectfully about others and use appropriate language. We foster a positive atmosphere and spirit by encouraging everyone equally.
- If we notice inappropriate behavior, harassment, or discrimination, everyone has the right and responsibility to intervene or contact harassment contact persons or security personnel. Security personnel and the safety organization have the right to address individuals behaving inappropriately and, if necessary, remove them from the event.
