Accommodation

Taitaja2026 finalist teams will be accommodated in Vantaa

The accommodation arrangements for teams arriving at the Taitaja2026 finals in May 2026 will be centrally managed by the event organizer, the Taitaja2026 office.

The Taitaja2026 office will allocate finalists, team leaders, and competition coaches to hotels by team. We will contact the team leaders of educational institutions regarding accommodation arrangements during week 8, in February 2026.

Once accommodation details are received, educational institutions will coordinate directly with the hotels regarding specifics. Detailed contact information and other practical instructions will be provided later.

The accommodation for Taitaja2026 teams will be arranged in the following hotels:

Non-stop shuttle services will be provided daily from the competition hotels to the Taitaja Village at the Tuusula Sports Centre and back.
The travel time from the hotels to the competition venue is approximately 20 minutes. Check the timetable from below or inspect the timetable from a PDF file.

Extra shuttle services on Wednesday 20.5.

The following additional shuttles will be arranged from the hotels to Tuusula on Wednesday 20th of May. (NOTE: These changes have not been updated in the PDF file)

Accommodation for visitors

For Taitaja2026 visitors, we recommend staying in the Helsinki-Vantaa Airport area as well as in the nearby areas of Tuusula and Vantaa, which offer a wide range of hotels in various price categories. Hotels near the airport are easily accessible from various parts of Finland and are only about a 20-minute drive from the Tuusula Sports Centre, the event’s competition venue.
